My name is Ron Blakely. My wife and I have been patients of Ben Truong's ACLAIM DENTAL since 2004. Ben called recently and asked me to give an honest opinion of his practice for his new web page. Boy was that a mistake! No, no, just kidding. However, he has asked one of the most critical and hard to please people around. My education was in Industrial Engineering (sometimes known as efficiency experts). So here it goes.
Ben's front office has always been clean and neat. The staff there were knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. It was never difficult to get appointment times to fit my schedule. The two emergencies that we had, Ben was able to work us in in a few hours.
The treatment facilities seemed to be well sanitized and organized. The hygienist/techs were well trained and tried to show a little sympathy to the patients plight.
And now for Ben. He knows his business. He works quickly and minimizes the discomfort level as well as any dentist I have know. Of all the work we have had done by Ben, we have never had to go back for a repair or correction.
In summary, ACCLAIM DENTAL WILL continue to be our dentist.
